Evolution Health & Fitnessbased at Perins School, will be commencing a series of health seminars starting Tuesday 24th January. The one hour seminars on fitness training, nutrition and health are open to both members and non-members and will cover some key subjects and issues. The list below shows the topics to be addressed. Each seminar will include a 15 minute question and answer session and tea and coffee will be provided.
