Evolution Health & Fitnessbased at Perins School, will be commencing a series of health seminars starting Tuesday 24th January. The one hour seminars on fitness training, nutrition and health are open to both members and non-members and will cover some key subjects and issues. The list below shows the topics to be addressed. Each seminar will include a 15 minute question and answer session and tea and coffee will be provided. 7th December 2010, The Rose BowlThis workshop explained how to identify charcter traits that may affect the way players and coaches interact, Mike Edwards explained the way we can apply this process to better communicate with not only players but parents and clubmates as well. those who attended will receive a copy of Mikes slides from the night and he has also offered to add some notes to the slides so that they can be made available to you all at a later date.
